We are more than just somewhere to live, Home2Home offer the support and guidance needed for 16yr+ individuals who are preparing to live independently. We have years of experience in the care service for young people from those with complex needs to those who are at risk to themselves and others.
Our staff and homes provide an environment to help those transition from care to independence, developing life skills and teaching our clients how to deal with their various complex behaviours.
The type of support and accommodation we provide depends entirely on what each client needs and our trained staff treat every young person/adult as an individual, making sure that every step is catered towards their own personal support to continue in their development to independance.
Our staff are monitored with regular catch-ups and training with development plans to make sure that we continue to give the best service possible.
At our homes we encourage interactivity and bonding often including weekly leisure outings and seasonal activities within and outside of the local area. We strive in keeping our clients busy and learning daily, whether it be life skills or in a career direction of their choice.

One to one mentoring
We offer various levels of support and work with many different back up therapies to help our clients begin the transition into independent life and to overcome difficulties they have experienced.
With this support we look to help them develop their self-confidence and self-esteem to live sustainable lives.
Each one to one mentoring is catered to the individual to work on their own personal needs – not one session is the same.
24hrs Care
We offer 24/7/365 care in our homes, allowing our clients the ability to have some form of help no matter the time or day.
All our staff are trained focusing on ensuring that safeguarding is one of the most important aspects, we also provide a clear induction and training program for our staff, which is regularly refreshed. This is to ensure that no matter what time of the day all staff are trained to the highest standard, allowing for the best care.
Transport Services
We offer transport services for not only our own clients but are able to offer this for external clients too.
All of our drivers are fully trained in accompanying clients with care needs in cases that a support worker cannot travel with them. We feel this is a greet benefit to have in regards to our own homes as it offers more flexibility at short notice for our clients to travel, giving them more freedom during the transition to exit from care.

Semi-Independent living
All of our properties are furnished to a high standard with everything our clients need for the transition from care to independence. We are within easy reach to the seafront and local shops, where it is ideal for therapeutic walks.
